Once we receive the product, we dispatch your new fragrance within 2-3 days
Shehwaar currently offers exchanges only — not cash refunds. You may exchange your fragrance for any other product of equal or higher value (paying the difference for higher-priced items).
If you received a defective product or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
