Delivery Timeframes

Courier Partners

We ship via TCS and Leopard Courier — Pakistan's most trusted courier services. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. We will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please keep your phone available.

Packaging

All orders are packed securely in protective packaging to ensure your perfume arrives in perfect condition. Fragile items are double-wrapped for safety.

Pre-Orders

For products marked "Pre-Order", delivery may take 5–7 additional business days. You will be notified of the expected dispatch date at time of order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the TCS or Leopard Courier website.

Failed Deliveries

If our courier is unable to deliver your order (recipient unavailable, wrong address), they will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery charges apply.

• Shehwaar is not liable for delays caused by courier services
• Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout
• Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm)
